"The Dialectical Behavior Therapy Center of Arizona provides clients and loved ones with Full-Model DBT which is comprised of four main components: Individual therapy, skills training group, phone coaching, and DBT Consultation team. Dialectical Behavior Therapy is a cognitive behavioral treatment that was originally developed by clinical psychologist Dr. Marsha Linehan of the University of Washington to treat borderline personality disorder (BPD). The goal of this treatment was to significantly reduce the common problematic characteristics associated with BPD. In addition to DBT, our center specializes in other evidence-based treatments."
