"Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a neuro-developmental condition impacting an individual's ability to communicate and interact with others. The CDC reports early intervention encourages positive long-term outcomes. In Connecticut, it is difficult to get an evaluation quickly so that interventions can begin as soon as possible. Dr. Morris has no waiting lists (in CT, evaluators have current wait times of 6-12 months). Dr. Morris is a licensed psychologist in New York and CT with over 25 years of experience. She accepts CT Medicaid (Husky) for individuals aged 2 to 21. In addition to seeing children, Dr.Morris works with adults who suspect they are autistic and are seeking information to explain their experience in the world ."
