"Our Mansfield team is comprised of talented BCBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). BCBAs are Mastered-level clinicians who are responsible for each childs treatment planning, therapy goals, supervision and training of therapists, and parent training. RBTs are responsible for implementing the childs treatment plan in a one-on-one setting and tracking data to show progress with therapy goals.
